I have three credit cards they are
Tribute $337.45
Credit One $655.99
Applied card bank $693.85
Plus payday loans they are
loan shop $300.00
payday $300.00
payday $110.00
Geneva Roth Cap $300.00
siu credit union $600.00 in overdrafts
It is better for me if we can do everything through email.

Hi happ, welcome to the forums!
When you signed up on this site, you entered in your information for a debt consolidator to contact you. This is usually done by phone, so they can explain the program beneifts to you. After you intitally start the program, I am sure contact via email would be fine, but to answer any questions you may have, they prefer to speak to you over the phone.

While you wait for the consultant's call, get all your statement details and the payment receipts of each of the accounts you want to consolidate. He will analyze from your financial situation how much you can afford to pay on your debts. On that basis, he will put proposals to your creditors. You have the following options in the DMP program. Pick the one that suits best in your situation.
