I have placed myself in a serious mess.You see,I have had quite a few episodes with severe sinus headaches and have a bad habit of going to the hospital everytime something is wrong or at least when i think there is.then i tried my luck at going to a trade school and got a student loan which will finally be paid off after my taxes are seized this year.also there are areers in child support.Finally just a bunch of odd bills like dvd's and small things on my credit report that bring the score down even further.so what can i do to HELP myself and my family?

The first thing you need to do is pull your latest credit report from all the CRAs and know the status of each account. If these are small accounts, you should get it paid at the earliest so that they don't hurt your credit for long.
