Hi and welcome!
First off, list your PDL's, how much they say you owe and whether you got them over the internet or went to a business to get them (storefront). The storefront ones usually are licensed to do business in your state and should be paid off first, since they could take you to civil court should you default.
The internet ones for the most part are not, but you need to confirm this by checking with Louisiana's state website and we can help you with this.
You also need to revoke any voluntary wage assignments, allowing the PDL's to take money out of your check should you default. Do this with your payroll dept and do this in writing.
Also, close your checking account and get a new one. DO NOT give the number out to anyone. This is the only way to get control back. And check back with us, OK??

What companies in Louisiana are good about loaning to someone with bad credit? I would love to have just one payment which can be drawn out of my account.

My daughter took out a loan online and they took money out of her check every two weeks only to find out the payments they were taking out was going towards interest ONLY! She took out a $500.00 loan on signature online.THEN they call her and threaten her with federal charges, federal grand jury's and jail! She sent them $1800.00 and they say she STILL owes them money.By the way,the company she borrowed the money from turned it over to this OTHER company that has called almost every family member even on our cell phones and we don't know how they got our numbers. When they call thay are extremly rude and aggressive and threatening. They even called my mothers cell phone and we are having to deal with a serious medical problem my brother is having(he has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemo right now) and she sure as hell doesn't need this extra added worry right now. What are her options? PLEASE HELP!!!
