Can you be a little bit more specific about your situation?

How is the debt being listed on your credit report? Is it still being reported by Sprint, or does a collection agency now have it? You can send a debt validation letter to whomever has listed the account on your credit report, asking them to prove that the debt is yours, how they came up with the amount they claim you owe, and proof that they can collect the debt. Send the letter via certified mail/return receipt requested.
They have 30 days from the date of the letter to send you a validation. If they do not, dispute the account with the credit bureau on the grounds that this is not your debt and Sprint or Collection Agency (whichever is applicable) has not complied with your written request to validate the debt.

Who opened the cell phone account when you were 17? If you are underage and it isn't your account, and it may be out of the SOL for your state, I would check on those things.
As far as the others, I would try to take care of your overdrafts as soon as possible. Talk with an officer of the bank and see what you can work out with them. My son did this, and they worked with him after he went in person and told them he wanted to take care of it.
If you have any question, please ask..KAren
