Address to National Cash II

Can someone help me find address for National Cash II. I keep getting phone calls and emails from a crazy man named John Michaels. He has now been threatening me about calling my employer to get me fired. I am needing to send a cease and desist certified letter but can't locate the address anywhere. I searched the Texas Sec of State but the company doesn't appear in the database. The emails have the address cash-advance.us but I discovered that it's national cash II. Can someone help??

There is an address on the bottom of an email that was sent to me by cash-advance.us. This company has several dba's. There were 3 separate names on the email...National Cash II, National Cash Advance and CashAdvance.us. The company is probably illegal because they will not give you the address...po box or street address. The only address I could come up with was not in Florida but in Murray, TX...however, the Better Business Bureau put "undeliverable" next to it. Here is the email I received from a customer service rep who handled my loan.

If you notice the phone number is the same phone number that John Michael calls from at National Cash II.

This guy is a maniac the messages that he has left are threatening and insulting. He threatened to have my sisters name put on posters as a loser. There is no way that this is a legal business, because it is not following legal practices!!!

He calls and does the same thing to me. He told me I would be punished from god for not paying my bills. You need to contact your State {Department of financial institutions and check the license database to see if they are even licensed to lend in your state. If not, this is not a legal loan and will not hold up in your state court.

You also need to go to the federal trade commission and file a complaint against him and the company.

i agree, i would file reports against him asap. nobody should have to put up with any kind of abuse.

John Michaels has changed aliases again...he now goes by a Mr. Light...and is trying the meek approach...just wants the original back...no fees, no interest. Sounds to me like he is on the run....and this is not a legit operation and the heat is on.

I've received quite a bit of calls from a Mr. White. He's super nasty and has even sent me some nasty emails about how NO ONE rips them off. He keeps threatening to call my employer and still calls me at work and on my cell even after I have put in two cease and desist orders via email that he has responded to. Wondering what I should do next.

The John Michaels Agency in Rhode Island is the collection agency.

Not sure if this even makes sense. I filed a complaint today against this company and Mr. White as he calls himself. I went into my email and tried to copy the nasty emails he has sent me that I kept and they are all missing. I'm not even sure it's possible but I can't even find any of the ones I responded to in my sent folder. They know I've filed a complaint with the BBB and now I have no written proof of his behavior to forward on to the FTC. This is so weird especially being that all the messages that he kept his temper in are still on my computer. There's no way he could have retrieved emails that he sent to me, is there?

i have turned him in to the Federal Trade Commission and to my state-Texas - The Texas trade commission says the fax number 775-313-9088 is registered in NV.

I have also been dealing with Mr White calling me a loser, a piece of trash, a liar, ignorant, telling me to watch Dr. Phil etc. What is wrong with this guy? He has called my supervisor and left messages and everything telling my supervisor to hire me that Im a fraud and do things that are illegal. Why cant this guy be stopped?

So this person who was desperate enough to get a payday loan from White's sleazy company suddenly has enough cash to hire a private investigator to find him in what in all likelyhood was a nationwide search? Oh yeah, I'm sure Mr White is shaking in his boots.

Rather than wasting everyone's time with your BS story, why not do something constructive like file a complaint against his company? Or better yet, if there is a shred of truth in your story, post his address here so the rest of us can! Idiot troll..
