HELP! I have close to $2500.00 in payday advance loans and cannot afford to pay them all. I am so upset about it that I had a nervous breakdown this morning. I have been working with some creditors to try and make partial payment arrangements, but most of them will not do it.
What can I do? I got caught in a bad situation and I'm having a terribly difficult time getting out of it and I am the mother of two children and married. My husband is a stay at home dad because we cannot afford daycare or a babysitter. If I try to pay most of my bills, I will not have a dime to my name for the next two weeks to feed my kids.
Someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

Okay first take a deep breath! It is VERY overwhelming, I know from personal experience. First off you need to sit down and make a list of every payday loan company you did business with and list how much you owe. Next you need to let us know what state you are from because many states have banned these types of loans. Also register here so someone can call you and talk to you in person, no string attached justa friendly supportive voice. Come back and post this information and we will do all we can to help you. Good luck

Perhaps, you can take the advice of a debt counselor if you wish to undergo some professional help. My suggestion is that you write your payment plan to the lender and give some advance money with it. If you are sending the money by money order and they receive it, I will assume that they will work with your adjustments and you won't have to worry.
Which lenders are you dealing with? Have your checked your state laws?

Take in to account how much you paid each. Once you have done that you will have a "jumping Off" point.
When you deal with these lenders use logic.

Here is a link to find out your state's pdl laws. It will be a good place to start once you have figured out how much you have paid each of them like Roadwarrior said http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/
