Ok, talk about a wave of relief is coming over me after reading this! N.E.S. has been harassing me as well! Now, don't get me wrong, I know I'm the one who screwed up, but at least they could do is give me the courtsey of asking questions before hanging up on me! They are refusing to let me pay less than the full amount in one lump sum. I struggled and came up with 1/3 of it and called and the lady said, "let me check with the legal department to see if we can accept that, if not you will have to come up with the full amount." I was fine with that, so legal rudly picks up the phone and states," this is not a used sales car dealership and we will not accept a dollar less than the full amount." I said, "whoa, whoa, ok, I understand, but can you please not be so rude." His response, "fine see you in court" as he hung up on me (second time in 2 days). Now what is funny is I was PROMISED (with a refrence number) a week and half to pay, but apprantly he didn't have to stick by that and tried to set me up for court. I called back to speak with the compliance department to complain about how I was being treated and the response I got form this man (who oddly enough sounded exactly like the rude one I had spoken to before) "We don't cvare about your feelings, it doesn't matter to us if you feel good or not when you get off the phone with us."
I'm nervous now to pay them, I'm trying to call Citicards to get this taken care of between me and them. I hav never in my life been treating that horribly by anybody.
