This company is calling me 8 times a day. I finally called them today. I was told I owed 2000K on a gas card but she did not even know the name. She was fishing to see if I had on in 95. The have my name and SS#. I told her to F off. She was screaming. I put out a fraud allert with all 3 bureaus.

Yesterday this company called my sister at work and threatened to send the sheriff to the High School where she worked. They told her she was being sued and that she would have to pay court costs in excess of 1200 dollars. I have read the BBB report, and personally think that is not the way to go with this company. If all of you will write a review on
Google and write a letter to the Ohio State Attorney General's office, I believe you will get some results. Also you can file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission on line. This company called me today at work, for the FIRST time, my bill with Verizon is only $500 but this guy is threatening a summons. He was not willing to make a pay arrangment with me, and demanded a postdated check for the full amount. He gave me until 4 pm to call him back, which I didn't. I can't pay that much.
He called at 4:05, and left a rude message stating I'd better call him back immediately.
Can they really summons me?
If I'm sending some sort of payment to them, can they really go that far? I'm doing the best I can, times have been hard.

Hello All!!!
Sorry so long in getting back on. Here's an awesome update. We have not received another single phone call from them, there has been no process servers, no law enforcement--NOTHING!!! They cannot and will not do anything they hollowly threaten to do. they can't legally. All scare tactics. bark and no bite. Bark back-you'll feel better
So rejoice! Do how we did it. you will sleep better and have much less stress.

These people are the rudest people I haveb ever came across! I mean they are collecting $90 and they act like its $100,000. They scream on the phone and make demanding threats. Arent they suppose to have PHONE ETTIQUETE?!?!?! These people are Fu*king SCUMBAGS!! Beware! They call you 524387365 times a day.

I just moved into the state 2 months ago and was given a new phone number. I was getting several recorded messages a day from this company. I finally got so fed up that I called them back. They were unable to pull up anything on my name or the phone number oddly enough! They then transferred me to their compliance department who removed our number from their list - thank god!

We have an employee currently out on medical leave. I have taken back her cell phone to give to another employee while she is out because she is going to be out for quite a while due to an injury. These people call for her constantly indicating that it is urgent that she return the phone call. From reading these posts, it sounds like this employee got herself into some debt along the way.

I'm dealing with this company as well and I called the Office of Consumer Affairs to talk to them about it. The woman told me straight up the man did a number of things that were illegal, including telling me he was an attorney for the company but then contradicting himself later in the conversation. He also threatened to take me to work and garnish my wages (I'm unemployed, so that hardly matters). I tried to make arrangements to do a monthly payment and they straight up told me that wasn't an option and I either paid it in full or they'd take me to court. The woman I spoke with the second time actually told me to get a credit card to pay for the debt or borrow the funds from a family member.
This is a very crooked company indeed. Sure, let's have the debtor go into debt with ANOTHER company so they can pay this company off. If I had the $600 to pay up front (I feel for those of you who owe a lot more ), I would've paid it two months ago when we originally got the bill from Verizon Wireless.
Because of their harassment and threats, I no longer have any intentions of paying this debt, and if/when they take me to court, I am presenting all my evidence (to include recorded conversations) in my countersuit.

These same things are happening to me. They say they need to FULL balance. Do I just send a payment of some sort?? Will that be enough? They say they are suing me as well. What is the address that I would send the payment to?
I would love some help with this. I'm glad to hear they are being nasty to everyone....I thought it was just me!! They have even hung up on me!!!! That's no way to get their money back!

They just called and left a message to call them back---the number they gave was 800-204-1819 ---anybody dealt with them at this number? I will try to call tomorrow--Saturday to see what they want but was just trying to get some feedback at to what I am dealing with for people-----it sounds like not too good------------I need to get ahold of them before my husband hears the call because he will flip out about it..............

I have been receiving calls on my cell everyday from these scumbags. The guy that calls says his name is Terry Allen or something like that. The phone # registers as 'no number' but he leaves an 800 # for me to call back. I don't know what he's calling about since he doesn't say and I am not behind in any of my payments. I have tried to call back twice and after the initial recordings, the phone rings and rings and no one picks up. Anyone else been expriencing this? I am so glad I found this site. Now I know what to expect if someone ever answers when I call next time.

These bottom feeders had been calling my cell phone at least 5 times weekly. When I called the 800 number the recorded voice "Terry Allen" left, the automated answering system asked for my phone number. I punched it in. Then the automated system said it did not recognize the number and would I enter my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! When I entered nothing, I was instructed to wait for a representative, and after a bit, the phone started ringing and ringing and ringing ad infinitum, ad nauseum. Is it possible this is some kind of telephone phising scam to collect social security numbers? BTW, I called NES number in Cleveland, got a live person who agreed to take my number out of the NES system.

Ok, talk about a wave of relief is coming over me after reading this! N.E.S. has been harassing me as well! Now, don't get me wrong, I know I'm the one who screwed up, but at least they could do is give me the courtsey of asking questions before hanging up on me! They are refusing to let me pay less than the full amount in one lump sum. I struggled and came up with 1/3 of it and called and the lady said, "let me check with the legal department to see if we can accept that, if not you will have to come up with the full amount." I was fine with that, so legal rudly picks up the phone and states," this is not a used sales car dealership and we will not accept a dollar less than the full amount." I said, "whoa, whoa, ok, I understand, but can you please not be so rude." His response, "fine see you in court" as he hung up on me (second time in 2 days). Now what is funny is I was PROMISED (with a refrence number) a week and half to pay, but apprantly he didn't have to stick by that and tried to set me up for court. I called back to speak with the compliance department to complain about how I was being treated and the response I got form this man (who oddly enough sounded exactly like the rude one I had spoken to before) "We don't cvare about your feelings, it doesn't matter to us if you feel good or not when you get off the phone with us."
I'm nervous now to pay them, I'm trying to call Citicards to get this taken care of between me and them. I hav never in my life been treating that horribly by anybody.
