Nationwide cash is popular for collecting time barred debts through ceaseless harassment. They don’t even respond to letters be it a debt validation or a C&D letter. Is recording phone calls permissible in your state? If yes, then do it. They cant bully people like this.

I have received the same threats, but thanks to this forum, didn't freak out when I heard the nasty message left on my work phone that they were investigating my background for check fraud. Somebody needs to shut them down!

i have 3 pay days loans.That I havent pay off yet.I will be paying them off as soon as i get on my feet. will they take me to court? How much trouble will get in? if I dont pay them off soon?
