Hi You have come to the right place. Please list all the loans you have and with whom. How much you have paid each one so far. Are they store front or internet?

No, that doesn't really mean much. It means that a company cannot give you multiple loans and consolidate them into one to get around the law.

so what now... I really am glad that I have found this site to help with these problems I thought I was the only one who goes through these problems
I have already contacted the bank in which case have requested they place a hold or deposit only on my accounts. I have also down loaded a letter to send to all of the pdl companies. I just am not sure I am going about this the best way I would much rather consolidate these loans if at all possible I am just not sure that is possible or if there are companies who would offer such a thing

You could go the consolidation route. One company that does consolidate payday loans is T&C.

But - Most of your loans are not going to be licensed to lend in Nebraska. This means they are operating illegally, and if you consolidate them you will end up paying them more then you legally owe.

It's really a personal choice, something you have to decide for yourself. If you decide to take it on yourself, it will take a lot of time and a lot of work. But it is totally possible to clear it up yourself.

If you hire a consolidation company, they will do the work for you. It will cost you more money, but will save you the time and the headache of dealing with these companies yourself.

Ok after talking to my account manager at the bank he sugested that I close my account and deal with the creaditor one by one. I hope I made the right decision. He assured me that I will not build NSF fees for each posting of the PDL's Please help me make the next step in paying or fighting each of these PDL's
