Settlement with Bank of America
I was wondering if a settlement has been reached concerning Bank of America? I received a collection letter from Nationwide Credit , Inc of Atlanta, Georgia. Do I need to fax the collection statement to you? I also have a question regarding the providing of a notarized letter from me, allowing my husband to be involved in correspondence with this account? We were told that we needed to get a letter notarized by a public notary. The notaries we have talked to in Texas require a standardized form. We have not been able to obtain or find one of these forms that they are talking about. Please clarify what it is you need and we will continue to try to find or fix this problem. Dedra Rohan
