That won't work. Her pdl's will pull on Monday, which means that the transactions have already been started. Just closing the account will not work because banks will force the account back open for ach transactions within 30 or so days.
I sent you a pm with my suggestion, but I don't want to post it here . . . . .

"Please help before i jump off the bridge."
Whoa...if that is an exaggeration, it is not appropriate, and I am very much not amused. If you are serious, stop, call your doctor or local ER, and get some help. Suicide is not the way-take it from someone who's tried-life eventually does get better.

Payday loans are prohibited in NJ. Be aware of your legal rights and fight against the lenders doing illegal loans in your state. Don't make any wrong move out of depression. Nothing is going to happen to you. I see you have already paid the principal amount to each lender except Geneva Roth. I don't see you legally owing to anyone. These lenders are tying to make more money out of you. Don't allow them to do it.

you should look into your state laws before assuming they are prohibited. just b/c it may say that they are illegal in your state it may be true if they company is based out of that state. if you get a loan from a diff state it is not illegal. You also have to consider the intrest added onto the loan for leaving it out. they do charge your a renewal fee each time the loan is not paid.

What you are saying is state dependent. Some states specifically made it illegal for pdl's in other states to lend to their citizens. Only in very rare cases is it legal for a pdl that's licensed in one to state lend in another state without having to comply with that states laws (PA is an example).
