Hi can any on help me out here again?
I have 6 internet payday loans. I'm from NY I would love for anyone to send me information and letters on how do I go about stopping the PD L's from debiting my account. My account cannot be closed yet due to a negative balance. what should I do?
these are the 6 internet pdl
- United Cashloans $300, paid $270
- 500fastcash.com $300, paid $270
- MTE Financial/PDM $300, paid $345
- Nationwidecash.com/Ambassador Collections $300, paid $480
- worldwidecashnow.com $200, Paid $89
Impactcashusa.com $300, paid $140
Since I'm from NY and PDL are prohibited here do I have to just pay back the money borrowed? or do I have to pay there interest?
Even though I've paid back MTE Financial and Nationwidecash.com the money borrowed and some they are still trying to take money out of my account. The letter I sent to both PDL company, and BBB stated that I've revoked there permission to debit my account but they still are trying to get money out. what should I do? Sorry for the long message but I'm just frustrated. Can't believe I got myself into this mess.

Please post your situation!....
They will continue to debit accounts, despite being told not to. Your best situation is to close the bank account. Don't forget to read the sticky about closing an account.
Don't forget posting on the thread not only helps yourself, but others who are reading and are afraid to post. If we all know your situation we can either help or learn from it as well! So please keep posting!
