THEY CAN NOT GARNISH YOUR CHECKS,,,TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING YOU AT WORK ONCE YOU TELL THEM NOT TO RETURN TO PLACE OF EMPLOYEMENT (THEY HAVE TO STOP) it will not go to 3rd party, they have to work with the customer (remember that)

I 2 am in the same boat, as well as my husband, keep in mine, if you default, they attempt to cash your check, once it becomes and NSF check, they will work with you and your can make payments (you choose until it's paid in full).
