I want to pay back my outstanding pdls

I've got several outstanding payday loans, that I honestly want to pay back. I'm in NC, the loans are as following with the borrowed amounts

One Click Cash 250.00
Ameriloan 200.00
Ezpayday cash 400.00
Payday loan yes 350.00

I've sent the ACH and debt revocation letters, and I've filed complaints through the BBB, but I just received a call from Ameriloan, and I'm scared about going to work Monday because I know they are going to call and harrass me. I really want to pay them, but I need to pay them on my own schedule, that's the only way I can pay them. I know it's my fault that I let it get out of hand. I just made some wrong choices that I'm trying to fix. I don't want them getting this money out of my account. Payday loan already did that before the agreed upon date. It caused a mess of trouble.
I'm feeling like my back is against the wall...I don't know what to do...any suggestions

Hang in there once_again30!

Are these internet loans? If so, the only way to be sure that they won't try to take the money out of your account is to close it. (I guess you've got to be careful about closing your account if it's a storefront loan.) It's a hassle, but at least they can't take any more money from you. Then you can do as you've planned and pay what you can on your own schedule. They will probably continue to harass you, but they can't keep taking your money.

Best of luck!

Here is the other thread from once again..

If you sent them a cease and desist letter, they should not be calling you at work.

You need to also advise them that PDL's are prohbited in NC.

How much have you paid to each?

Go to paydayloaninfo.org...I am pretty sure that PDL's are illegal in your state and as such these companies never should have lended to you, You should pay back what you borrowed.
