Payday loans in NC are prohibited!

I've closed my checking account and opened a new account. I e-mailed and faxed letters to the pay day loan companies that I owe and my closed account was still debited. What should I do?

Who do you have loans with? Also, how much have you paid and what were your principal balances? Good job with closing your account. This will help you get a grip and take back control of your money.

Is Jfeak and Fourchildren the same person, or do we have two things going on here?
Jfreak did you read the sticky regarding closing your account before you did it to be sure it was ok to do.? Did you check your state laws to be sure it was ok to do?
