Saw nothing special about this company.
Wonder, what is so special about this company? Things are all right, but still I had some queasy gut feelings while dealing with them. It feels kind of strange talking to a grave counselor, who calculated my debts and said that it would take me 32 years to pay up the entire amount if I try to do it myself, and will only take 4 years if they help me with it. The tip-gap seemed ridiculous and so seemed the calculations. But, I had to join them as I was left with no other options. Anyway, I hate to be scared out of my wits, so that was what I think upset me. I would definitely ask other people to do a bit of scouting themselves before they join this organization.

Provides plenty of freebies.
The company was good enough for me. In fact, they even went to the extent of providing me a no obligation consultation. Also the payment to my creditors were pretty regular and whenever I needed help, the company was always there to help me and guide me through the necessities of payment and the procedures. Thanks to them, I have learnt a lot about how to avoid bad debts.

Should be more customer friendly.
I do have pretty good experience with the company, but felt sort of strange. I feel that being a collection agency and also a debt consolidation company has now a day become just another part of being in business. Though I have no complaints against the company, yet, they lack what essentially every company, I feel, should have – a person to keep reminding you that even the most darkest of clouds have a silver lining. A more human touch could have been a saving grace. All the folks out there seem to be so formal about things, that at times, it feels awkward. Otherwise, this is indeed an effective company to work with.
