Hello:
Quick question.... are these 2 IPDL's legal? Do I have any reason to even try to "fight these" in the state of Ohio?

I know for a fact that CashnetUSA is licensed in OH, but I'm not sure about CheckNGo.

Yeah, Check N Go is legal in Ohio.
