Does anyone know how to file a complaint against a IPDL place with the Ohio AG? I went to the site and clicked on "complaints" but all I got was info on identity theft. Thanks in advance!
Hi. Do a google search on AGCares. Then go to "AGCares precomplaint questions." It will take you right to the Ohio AG site. Answer the pre-complaint questions and then click on "File a complaint." Good luck.
You want to contact the person who is listed on your e-mail confirmation. This will be the person your case was assigned to. And they do contact the ipdls about your complaints. The gentlemen who was assigned my cases contacted all of them the very next morning.
Thank you! I am glad to know that they will contact me. I just emailed my hr and revoked any voluntary wage assignment I may have signed. I am so embarassed. I am waiting to hear back from them.

Ventures fun loan shop will not make any arrangements for payback on the phone. They might send you one email which will go in the bulk folder of your inbox. Just call them and request to send you the email again. They will do it. Make sure that it comes from the same person you spoke to. The email will contain all the information about your payment plan and will be put in their system.
