I am sure they will continue to lend and debit checking accounts. Close your accounts immediately and open a new account. Use this letter as ammunition when they call or email you. AND SEND YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER CREDIT! You can access the complaint online at their website.

They, and other states, will only get on it when a consorted effort by voters reminds them that they will be replaced with representatives that will enact such legislation to outlaw the PDL practice.

Here is some of their affilates. United Cash < ameriloan, 500 Fast Cash, No-Faxing Payday Loan, One Click Cash. This is the best news I have heard in a long time. Thanks for all your hard work on this matter. I would also like to have a copy of the letter to send to WV AG. They would like to see it. KYSIDE38

Traci78--

From my understanding, all loans that are affiliated with MTE Financial are considered null and void!!

I have a loan with 10 Dollar which I think is an affilate. I live in Florida. Is my loan null and void and if so, what should I do?

Thank you.
