Rio resources/mte financial ordered to stop lending!!!!

Congratulations, I have been trying to get rind of Rio/MTE for months. Now I am waiting for them to call me so I can let them have it.

Even though, they have been ordered to stop lending, I wonder if they are still debiting people's accts under another alias?

I have a loan with rio resources i need to send my letter in. Also do anyone know if USApaydayloan is a affliate of rio resources. Please help

I am sure they will continue to lend and debit checking accounts. Close your accounts immediately and open a new account. Use this letter as ammunition when they call or email you. AND SEND YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER CREDIT! You can access the complaint online at their website.

the only two affiliates that I know about is ten dollar payday loan and no faxing payday loan but if you search in this website you can find their other affiliates.

When the hell is Florida going to get on this?

They, and other states, will only get on it when a consorted effort by voters reminds them that they will be replaced with representatives that will enact such legislation to outlaw the PDL practice.

I emailed MTE Friday and received a "Paid in Full" email today. I am so happy!!!!

I believe US Fast Cash is also an affiliate of theirs.

So i have a loan that defaulted months back from ameriloan and US Fast Cash. Does this mean I am done with them and they can't come after me for anything?

From my understanding, all loans that are affiliated with MTE Financial are considered null and void!!

I had a pdl with oneclickcash and i have sent several emails to them and also sent several letters they have not responded to either of them. Can someone please provide me with the apporiate address to send my letter to or email the letter to these people. please help

I have a loan with 10 Dollar which I think is an affilate. I live in Florida. Is my loan null and void and if so, what should I do?
