You are right tendollarpayday is affiliated with MTE. You need to file a complaint with the OK AG's office, and send this tendollarpayday company an e-mail and letter stating that you are aware they have been ordered to cease and desist operations and all loans are considered null and void.

I am very curious to know how does this affect the Dbas that this company has? Could the Dbas say that this letter does not apply to them because their names are not listed on the letter?

Has anyone heard of World Wide Cash? I am trying to locate them because my daughter got a loan from them and needs to contact them. Also, if you know if they are legal here in Florida?
Thanks for any information you may have.

They are not listed on the Florida site as allowed pdls, does that mean that they are illegal?

I am embarrassed to post this but after reading through this forum I do not understand what I am supposed to do. I am one of those people who needs just about everything spelled out for me.
I live in Alabama, my online loans are with OneClickCash, PaydayOK, PayDayOne, and 10dollarpayday.
Will Rio continue to debit my account or does this mean they will stop? Who all do I write and what do I say?
I am sorry, I get so confused.

Karen, NEVER NEVER be embarassed to ask a question here. No they will not stop. They will continue to debit your bank account. Close that bank account as soon as possible. KYSIDE38

Thank you kyside. I have 2 loans from store front companies that I want to pay off but I cannot do that yet. How can I close my account with those loans still out? I pay $25 of the balance every month plus the interest to these local stores and I have to write them a new check every month.

Karen, I dont really know on that one. I imagine you could offer to go in and pay by cash. You will have to get rid of account Rio Resources will not stop. Maybe someone else will read this that has dealt with store fronts. KYSIDE38

Karen--

Are you saying that you are on a payment arrangement with the storefronts?
