Well, not really brown sugar. I have payday loans with the storefronts and I renew them every month. I am disabled and get paid monthly. I am just trying to pay them down but cannot pay them off completely this coming month in order to close the acct for due to Rio/MTE or whoever they really are.

Since WorldWideCash is not listed in the Florida page as a licensed lender, does that mean that they are operating illegally? I am trying to get my daughter off the pdl-cycke, but want to give her the right information.
Thanks |

Just got a call today from the OK Div of Consumers. He is sending a cease and desist letter to US Fast Cash and ameriloan on my behalf, because they are operated illegaly in the state of OK. He told me that they are part of a Miami Indian Tribe which they think they can do whatever they want and thats not the case. I want to say thanks to all you guys who gave me advice in my time of need. This will now be my 4th pdl down and only 3 to go.

Jenn, close your bank account. They will continue to debit as long as the account is open.

10 Dollar Pay Day Loan
Can I send a copy of your letter to 10 Dollar, since they are part of MTE financial and tell them my loan is null and void? I had previously sent them an email which they ignored. Thanks.

You can put a block on them, which your bank will charge a fee, usually the same amount as a NSF charge, and some banks only make them good for up to six months. Be careful, these companies go by so many different names and may attempt to debit your account under another name or different amount, and some will present a paper check. Most people have had to close their account and open a new one.

MTE, ET AL ARE UNDER ORDER BY THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO CEASE OPERATIONS. Your loans are null & void acting to info available. Contact your states AG & the Oklahoma AG's Office ASAP.
Step two; file a letter of revocation with them sticknuts via certified mail, Take one to your bank, de-authorizing anyone from withdrawing from your debit accounts. Open a new one from there or select a new bank to with. |
