Palisades LLC is a collection agency based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Started in May 1998, Palisades LLC pursues payments on all kinds of debts like credit card, telecommunications and utilities.

It purchases consumer receivable portfolios at a significantly reduced rate. These portfolios usually include one or more of the following types of consumer receivables:

Charged-off receivables - Accounts that have been written-off by the creditors after being in default for more than six months and may have been previously serviced by other collection agencies.
Semi-performing receivables - Accounts that may have been written off as a "bad debt" by the creditors but the debtor is still making irregular or monthly payments.
Performing receivables – Accounts on which the debtor is currently making regular monthly payments. These accounts may or may not have been delinquent in the past.
