How many points do you have to have before you can cash out?

Patricia, we are not set up to put your points back to zero. If you want to know at any time what is available just go to someones post . click on donate(you do not have to donate), and it will tell you what you have to cash in.

I don't know that answer.I use paypal .But I just noticed that this is the only forum that does not go back to zero after a cash out. Thats ok though, if it can't be done, it can't be done.Sassnlucy ,I don't have enough for a cash out ,it just looks like I do as after a cash out it does not go back to zero.

I think it was about 3 or 4 days. Each forum has different time frames,is what I have found, but the average for paypal is 3 or 4 days.

Jose, check your PM. I have sent you a reply. When you request a check, it usually takes 7 to 10 business days depending upon the USPS. I have received your payment request and have already forwarded it to the accounts dept.

The values in the total points calculation cannot be set to zero but there are ways to find out how much points are available for the next redemption. Our system is programmed to show the total number of points earned by a member.
