Hello,
I have 2 Installment loans and 7 payday loans and am just paying the interest and sometimes more when I can. I need help and have the means to make 1 payment a month but just can't keep up w/ 10 separate payments.
If I'm able to consolidate my loans how much interest will I pay. Also, I have 4 loans, and one is in collection with a lawyer, can you still help me. I was laid off, but now is back to work and would like to catech up my bills.

I have got 5 payday loans. the other day one of my payments was returned unpaid. A Mr. Fulton called a week and a half later and 1 day before the next payment was due. Stating they were going to garnish my wages, do an IT check to see if a company computer was used and if so involve them in the investigation. I really would like to know what they can and can't do as loan companys. Alson where could I go to get help on paying these loans off.

Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the pay off amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
