Has anyone heard of 1st National? They left me a message telling me that they are willing to do a settlement with me and if I call them today, there is a bonus. Has anyone heard of them or know what their "bonus" is?

i wouldn't return the call,probably US NATIONAL
BANK under a different name.your bonus threats
and harrassment.

Thats interesting, I googled the number and it belongs the 800 number it came up as cashnet500 and the other number cameup with links cashnet500 and Global Financial(global payday) I just read on other sites about the same numbers harrassing people.

did the same thing pinklady,it is the same clods posing as US NATIONAL BANK.there supposed settlement will consist of paying immediatly with your bank info.they are illegal,if you return the call they will call repeatedly.

So my best bet is not to call them back? I have no idea who the supposed 1st National or Global represent. I never borrowed from CashNet500.

Is it possible they had the wrong number, did they say your name in the voicemail.

yes, she said my name. There is another number that keeps calling me, they won't leave a message and when I call the number back, it's a lady with an English accent stating that the person I am calling is away from their desk, please leave a message. The number is 702-425-7186. I googled it and really couldn't find any information but that it's a number in Nevada. They started calling me last Saturday night at 9:30, which is illegal if they are a collection agency.

1st National calls they are really PaydayLoanYes. The 800-654-7444 is PaydayLoanYes as is the 302 number. I used to get the same calls.

Okay, I know of that company. Atleast they stopped calling me at work. I sent them four letters telling them not to call me at work and hopefully they listened.

I had a woman by the name of Madeline Jeffries that kept calling me, they are brutal, she would call my work even after I told them not to, she would ask to speak to my boss(she would say his name) and I would say no this is a personal matter that has to do with me not my boss, she said oh yeah, well I want to talk to him and tell him you owe us money and that we are going to garnish your wages and I would say you have been paid more than enough. She would leave messages on my bosses voicemail stating she had a very serious legal matter to discuss with me, trying to get me in trouble. My boss luckily was made aware of everything. She has gotten into screaming matches with me she actaully at one time said to me whaaaaaaaaaa whaaaa like a baby sound (but screaming in the phone)and I said are you for real and she said yeah and if you could see me in my pretty blue suit...I said it is probably a pretty big suit, not blue and I hung up. Until I sent my emails to InterceptEFT, PDLYes and the AGs office it finally has ceased. I was getting up to 14 calls a day with at least 3 to 4 different people(John, Alisha, Madeline Jeffries). Do not answer their calls, just let it go to voicemail. I know it is embarrassing to let anyone know at work but with this company your going to need to. Let them know that you have already asked this company not to call you there and let them know they are an illegal company that got your info., did you satisfy your loan with them or do you still owe the principal on it, what state are you in?

Hello,
I apologize. I did not know that i had unanswered posts. I still owe them money. I retained Oak View Law Group for my situation. Now I am getting calls from a company called NCA. They actually called and left my co-worker a message. She is out until Monday. I have to call Oak View and find out what I should do. THey keep harrassing me. What I don't understand is how they get away with what they are doing even after sending them cease letters.

I have dealt personally with NCO (Lisa Ray). They are NASTY people. They tried to charge me an $ 570.00 on a 200.00 ipdl that I had already paid back 280.00. This way back in 2005-06. I sent them a letter certified/return reciept asking to validate the debt and they refused. I also filed complaints with the BBB/ Indiana Attorney General's office and the FTC. In my letter I also sent a Cease and Desist letter too. I have not heard a word from them since. If you need any help let me know.

Which Payday Loan place to they collect for? That is probably a stupid question. They probably respresent a bunch of them. I am going to call them on my way home and have them send me my paperwork. I have to prepare myself because these people are ruthless.

Bayley...I would not call them...send them a letter CMRRR, requesting all paperwork. If you call, they will harrass you and probably won't send the paperwork anyway.

The people who answer the phones are collectors and they get paid a % for monies they collect, not on paperwork they send out.
