5OO FAST CASH, AN ONLINE PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY HAS DEMANDED THAT I PAY THEM 430 IN FULL OR WITHIN TWO PAYMENTS. I ONLY BORROWED 250 AND THE INTEREST WAS 75. SINCE MY LAST FEE WAS RETURNED, THEY ADDED THAT TO THE 325 PLUS A 30 RETURNED CHECK FEE.IF I DON;T PAY IT NOW, THEY SAID THAT INTEREST AND FEES WILL CONTINUE TO BE ADDED TO THE AMOUNT. IS THIS CORRECT/LEGAL?

what state are you from? how much have you paid on the loan to date...fees and principal?

i am in MS. I have paid one fee 0f $75. They recently contacted me again and wants a settlement in one lump sum or 3 payments of at least 100 to pay the full $430 off.
