Here's my status after the dust has somewhat settled:

Payday USA- settled for 70%

Paydayone- has not contacted me since November, but I'm paying them off in August anyway since they are legal in my state.

500fastcash- even after sending them a letter (per my state AG) and advising that I have overpaid and demanding a refund...they STILL call my work and home daily.

Ameriloan- this is the only one I owe on the principle- $100, they periodically send me e-mails asking for 400.00 (not sure where this is coming from since the principle was only 250.00: must be that new math I keep hearing about.) They don't call, I'm sure it's because they are MTE just like 500fastcash. They've received a letter, too.

The worst one: Cash Supply- I've paid $720 on a $250 loan, sent them a letter demanding a refund, same as 500FC, and they waited 6 months and turned it over to a collection agency. they called me last week. The girl seemed shocked that I knew my rights regarding this. I should also mention that she didn't read me the "Mini Miranda". Wish I had taped that phone call. Instant lawsuit right there.

sounds great,typical of 500 fastcash and ameriloan.one will
harrass to no end.the other will just sit by and probably monitor.
love the reaction from the other pdl,of course they are still
shocked when a consumer knows there rights.they are pitiful
