Has anyone had experiences with 500fastcash? I have read some negative posts and want to know if they are legal in AZ??

As far as I know, they are part of MTE and are not licensed/legal *anywhere*.
Someone with more knowledge is welcome to correct me if I'm wrong.

I delt with them, and according to the Indiana State Attorney General, they are NOT legal ANYWHERE. That is what the guy told me from the AG office here. He also said that for any dealings regarding them, we should contact the banking regulators. He wasn't really clear on that part. I hope everything works out well for you.

I have payday loans with them and I reside in AZ. I AM paying forever - anyone have anymore info on what to do?

Are they the only pdl you have? It might be beneficial to post the following information:
*the exact amount borrowed for each individual pdl
*The exact amount they have withdrawn from your account including "renewal fees".
Then someone can help you better.

I had a loan with 500fastcash. I overpaid them $250. I sent them the C & D letter and filed a complaint with the AG's office and the BBB. I never heard from them, but I did receive a copy of the response they wrote to the AG's office stating my loan was paid in full.
