Try sending it to "customerservice@500FastCash.com" and also try "compliancedepartment @500FastCash.com".

I am dealing with them right now also. When you send the email to customerservice, they will send you a generic form letter back EVERY time. I sent a letter to the compliance dept and didn't get the generic one.

If you log on to their website, you can get your next payment and payoff info. You should have received info on how to log in when you signed up for the loan.
I have also sent a letter to them at the customerserve@500fastcash.com address and have not received a response at all. We have actually moved out of state since I took the loan. I did notice on their website that there is a notice that I am to call immediately!!!
