I am still trying to figure out how to stop overpaying this company. I asked them for a copy of my signed loan agreement, as I never saw one, and this was their reply:
Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to provide a copy after the fact, which is why we prompt all customers to either print a copy, or take a screen print, at the time of application. However all information about your loan, as well as a list of FAQs can be found on the website. And if you ever need more information, or cannot find an answer you need, feel free to contact us via the Help Center as you have used here. Regards, Customer Services.
I am in PA, is there something I can do with this company?

misshunny. . . .I have copied over the info from your other post regarding an address to try and reach this PDL. I would copy over what their response was to you, and take any info you have sent to them and email the entire thing over to the address below. As you can see, they do not accept snail mail so I would send it to the email address.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM W/ THIS COMPANY. THEIR WEBSITE IS ALWAYS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND YOU CAN NEVER REACH ANYONE BY PHONE. THEY ARE DEBITING FUNDS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WHICH THE AMOUNTS WERE NOT PART OF MY AGREEMENT. I NEED SOME ADVICE.

I have had the same problem with this company. They have taken out 2 payments one for $148 and one for $74. I disputed the $148 and it was returned to my account, which has since been closed. I am also disputing the $74 and am waiting on an answer from the bank. I made sure that I did not dispute any charges untill the balance had been paid.
