can i file bankruptcy on payday loans? What about the triabal ones? do they have to abide by the rules?

You can include pdls in your bankruptcy.

Tribal loans - Have you paid back the principal amount? If yes, then there is no need to include them in bankruptcy.

Again ditchadebt....do not comment on things you have NO knowledge of.

When you file bankruptcy, you have to list ALL debts....of course you will list the illegal debts too!!!
