i am currently in debt with some payday loans companies. i need some help with consalisating my debt.

Please post:
What state you live in?
What companies have you borrowed from?
How much?
How much have you paid back in fees so far?
Are these internet companies or storefronts?

Hi.
I am from ohio and currently have out 5 payday loans f,4 from online and 1 from storefront.I have paid 100 dollars off of the one and 160 off of another.the rest I owe in full.Is there a consolidation company that willl help me pay these down with ot draining my acount?

mnj, could you please post which pdl's you are dealing with? And include the amount of the loan (principle only) and how much you have paid each one? List them as internet or store front. We can help you.

Your store front is your most important one. They are more than likely licensed and legal, so you'll have to pay that one. Your internet ones can wait on the back burner since they are most likely not licensed to do business in your state. Just by glancing, I can see some of them are unlicensed. Check, just to be positive, to see if they're licenesed in your state. Are they still debiting your account? You need to do something with your bank account; however, the store front may be a problem. You don't want to get into trouble for closing your account. We need to check the pdl law for your state and see what it says. What state are you in again? (Sorry!)And could you please list the loans by how much you borrowed (principle only) and how much you have paid? That's how we can determine what you legally owe.
