I am still in shock over the incompetance that you experienced...
I will keep you posted as to what happens with my complaints, but I'm not feeling very optomistic at all..
So far, all I have received is the acknowledgment letter saying that they would mediate on my behalf.

Be positive. You will surely come out of all the hurdles if you stay optimistic. Half of the battle is won in that way. Good luck
