Does anyone know if USFastCash or UnitedCash Loans are registered as CSOs in FL? This would make a difference on how I handle things from here on in...

I don't know for a fact, but I would doubt it. If they were they wouldn't have to be licensed, only registered with the state.

You may want to call your state's banking dept, and ask them if they can confirm that those two companies aren't CSO's.
