Bossy is correct.Fdcpa only applies to third party collectors or junk debt buyers. Original creditors are exempt except in certain controlled circumstances. Now there are federal and state laws that would regulate them under harassment and unfair/deceptive trade practices. _________________ Cajunbulldog
