I have been working with a Lisa Jackson from the Florida Department of Financial Regulation and have not heard from her in quite some time. I have sent her quite a few emails and no response. I was just curious if any other Floridians have had luck with their battles??

I know that others have mentioned that the FL DFI was looking into some of their complaints, but I haven't heard about any outcomes yet . . . .

It kind of makes me mad...all their research has been done..BY US! I have sent them tons of stuff about these PDL's and what other states are doing. It's just sad that they can't see the awful things that are being done to their residents.

I talke to Lisa and she said they were still waiting to hear from the companies. Unfortunately the companies have thirty days to respond. So it is a waiting game.

Luckily I paid them in full awhile ago, before I knew anything about this site. I just had United Legal call me and leave a message saying "This is Eva. This call needs to be returned TODAY"..yeah, whatever! They are collecting for Paycheck Today, who I only owe like 20 bucks to.!
