I just went through and calculated what was paid:

1. Cash in a Wink - orginal loan was $300 and I have made payments of $937.50. I have another loan with them of $500 that I have paid $410 on.

2. BIG - original loan of $325 and I have paid $450

3. Loan Shop - original loan of $100 and paid $240 and another loan of $200 that I haven't made payments on yet.

Where do I go from here?????

Refunds are few and far between....at this point, just shoot for a PIF status.

SUCESS with BIG!!!! I called their office again (after spending my entire lunch hour on the phone trying to negotiate) and spoke with yet someone else. I must have had some really nasty notes in my account because I was transferred like 4 times. When I finally got to the right person he was VERY polite, VERY understanding and completely cleared up the situation. They are declaring my account PIF and I will be getting written confirmation of that!!! I am so thrilled!

FYI - If dealing with this company ask for "Robert James"... I am sure that is not his real name but he actually sounded like a Londoner and not someone from the India call center and took care of everything!!!

Oh yeah... Robert James also said his direct line was 877-210-9414... Just incase anyone else needs it.

Thanks volleyballmom.... That saves me $260 in settlement payments I was going to make...

Only 2 more to go:

Cash in a Wink - settlement of 5 more payments of $100

Loan Shop - 1 loan for $100 and 1 loan for $200...hope to have those cleared up soon too.
