Spoke with them stating I will not pay anymore money. Borrowed 150. paid back 180 just in fees. Asked for their license number to lend in Ohio. They stated this was an internet loan and they go by Oklahoma Law. I checked Oklahoma law and its pretty much the same as Ohio. I could not find a license for them for Ohio or Oklahoma. alos, can someone please tell me what is meant by rollover? thank you

First of all, if you live in Ohio it does not matter what Oklahoma laws are. It is your state laws that prevail.A rollover is when you do not pay the loan in full, but just pay the fee.

Thank you Kashzan. USFastCash appears to breaking the laws of Okalahoma too. I am going to call Oklahoma AG and report them.

Filed complaints on-line with Ohio AG. Can they really do anything for you? The form asks for country pdl is located. SSM address is West Indies. I called AG office to find out what country are they in. The lady I talked to said it was Domincan Republic. She also stated that pdl internet loans were not in the AG jurisdiction. So now, I feel that I wasted all morning filling out these forms. I filed complaints on 4 internet pdls. What experience has anyone else had complaing to AG?

bj, it's not a waste of time. Just file the best you can with the information that you have. My state AG sent letters to all the idiot pdls that I had. Now, not to say that they resolved everything under the sun; however, they did get responses back (after sending multiple letters) stating that my account was paid in full and closed. The pdls never informed me of this, it was my state AG that got the responses. Also, make sure you file with the BBB and the FTC. Sometimes you can get results just from the BBB.

I received an email from AG office. They are reviewing my complaint. They are sending a copy of my complaint to USFastcash and then they will wait for a response from pdl to hear their side. I will have to wait and hope for the best.
No response yet from AG on the other 3 pdls.
