If you got a 31.98 charge to your account the number for them is 866-883-4987 listen close they hardly speak english

Did this happen to you? Do you have any information on the company at all besides the phone number? What are your plans on recovering your money?
I would think if you did not authorize this money you could go to your bank and file a dispute to get your money back, hope you are able to do this, there is a time limit so I would do it soon. goodluck, hope you get it back.

When you applied for a pay day loan. there was a box that you checked that gave them authorization to deduct this money. You signed up for a service. You can cancel it at any time. You may or may not be able to get this back. Since you did authorize it(even if you doid not know it) IT may be hard to dispute.
