They will say they will not take partial payments. I would wait to see if they really send you back the payment. In the upper right hand corner search Checksmart and read some stories about them.

Checksmart is not an easy store front to deal with, make sure you keep a copy of the returned mail IF they semd it back, I think they will probably keep it (unsure). Have you spoke with them about payments? You might get further when speaking with the regional Manager, tell them you want to speak with their Supervisor.

They are very nasty to deal with. Funny thing is, if they do send you to check mediation, you will be set up on payments anyways. Wish Strickland would do something about PDL's already, instead of worrying about flex-time. Are you dealing with their collection department? They will tell you anything to get you to go into the store and pay back and reloan. Stick to your guns and tell them this is how you are doing it.
