When they state we go by their states law what do we say back to them? Is there something that is a law that can be copied and sent?
Also since when is edollarsdirect governed out of NEVIS. I thought they were in Nevada.

it depends,i know in my state illinois they
have to be licensed and have to follow my
states laws.other states like tennesee,and
pennsylvania if there is a license anywhere
those laws apply.there should be uniform laws
regarding internet pdl's.

In my state they are totally illegal. But what I want to truly know is I though that edollars was located out of NV and did business out of there. I never read anything saying they were out of NEVIS and want to find out if this is true.

I am sorry let me clarify....Isn't edollars saying that there business is located in Nevis by saying the law is governed from there and I have to follow their rules because it was done over the internet.

There is no jurisdiction that would legally hold up. It's all about making you believe that somehow you are governed by the rules of Nevis. Ultimately, any uS license clearly states that it only applies to RESIDENTS of that state. So if you have a Utah license, it states (and this is confirmed with Jerry Jaramillo - Dir Of UT dep of Banking) that it only applies to Utah residents. Yet, they will tell you the transaction takes place in Utah so Utah law would prevail. Yet, even if you went into Utah from Idaho and physically went into a store, the Utah license would still not apply. I hope that makes sense. By the way, this post is Governed by the Laws of Far Far Away
