I'm not able to access any of the letter templates under the DIY list. Can someone help me with that? Thanks!

I am also having trouble accessing ANY of the letters in the DIY list. Here's the message I get:

I think you should clean the cookies along with the browser cache of your computer and then refresh the page. After this, I think that you will be able to find the Sample Letters.
