i have 2 loans
webpayday 750 paid 1000
paydayonline 500 paid around 650
i read the guidlines on the state where they are located at and it said that there is no maximum loan apr for both of these. i spoke with the state of TN (which is where i am located at) and they said i have to go buy the states laws where they are licensed at. do these 2 people even have a license? i have defaulted on these and i have a payment arragment set up. should i pay them or not. thank you and sorry for all of my misspelling

I'm going to say WebPayDay isn't licensed. They were one of the first ones to mark my loan pif and also issue me a refund of the amount paid over the principle. I got that one resolved just through the BBB. Do you know what state paydayonline is "claiming" to have a license through?

Paydayonline does NOT show as licensed in Delaware. So, neither one of your internet pdls are licensed. You've overpaid both of them. Have you done anything with your bank account so that they can no longer debit your account? You don't need to be on a payment plan with these illegal people. You have already overpaid.

j, your bank account is closed. These internets might hound the crap out of you; however, they can not legally do anything to you. I would blow them off AFTER filing complaints. Definately file those complaints! In all honesty, you would probably get a refund from WebPayDay. They're pretty good about that. I don't know about the other one, but please file those complaints! The agencies need to know about these illegal companies. If you need help filing complaints, just let us know & we can help!

I TOO AM IN TENNESSEE. IN TENNESSEE YOU DO NOT FILE WITH THE AG BUT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. GO TO www.tennessee.gov/tdfi/. THEY HAVE A COMPLAINT FORM ONLINE THAT YOU CAN FILL OUT. YOU WILL GET A CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL THAT YOUR COMPLAINT WAS RECEIVED AND YOU CAN THEN REPLY TO THIS EMAIL AND ATTACH YOUR PROOF AND SEND IT BACK TO THEM. FOR THE BBB I JUST WENT TO WWW.BBB.ORG AND CLIKED ON USA. FROM THERE I SEARCHED FOR THE COMPANY NAME THEN CLICKED ON FILE A COMPLAINT. IT WILL TAKE YOU DIRECTLY TO THE BBB FOR THE STATE THAT COMPANY IS LOCATED IN.
