My name is Jennifer
I have 8 payday loans 2 online and 6 store front
I live in Texas
Cashnet USA $629.79 (defaulted)
United Cash Loans $640 (defaulted)
First Cash Credit $846.47 (defaulted)
Quick Cash $1206.58
Cash Zone $611.81
Ace Cash Express $1287.17 (defaulted)
Cash America $1100.00 ? (defaulted)
Check N Go $1860.00 ?
The ones that I have defaulted on were due June 27, and are coming due again next Friday, the 25th. I am going to close my bank account as I have already opened another one at a different bank. I cannot stand this downward spiral I am in. I had never had 1 payday loan before last November. Now I am in debt and can make no headway. Help!!!!!

All your loans are with legal companies but United Cash Loans. All the rest of the are CSO's, so the pdl laws wouldn't apply to them. They are legal loans and the companies can take steps to collect, so it's best to keep up communication and set up some payment plans.
That being said, it's going to be a hard road. With so many loans that are legal, you will have to be paying what they say. But make sure that you pay your basic living expenses first. No unsecured debt is worth losing your home or starving.

Jennifer. . .Welcome! Someone will be along shortly who will post youe state laws and interpret them for you.
