I don't have the addresses for all of my internet lenders but I put the numbers together and I'm expecting some pretty large refunds from some of the companies. I don't really care if I get the money back at this point (of course it would be nice if that worked out) I just don't want to have to pay them anything else! Any suggestions how to get these lender's address (email or mailing) and if they are legal in Oklahoma?

Cash Net/PayDay Loan Yes - Are these the same company? I got an advance from Cash Net and I found when it was deposited but then it disappered and then PayDay Loan Yes just showed up and I didn't see a deposit for them.
Has anyone had any luck with getting back overpayments on loans that have already been paid off?

I suggest you to type (company name) where its say Search It will come out a lot of messages for the company.. you will see that people post telephones, faxes, addresses.. I was very helpful when I was looking for addresses and faxes for all these people.. Also,, I recommend you to fax and e-mail as well any letter that you will send them by mail.. I think they get them faster that way. I e-mail loan shop and I already received an offer from them.. but I won't sign any papers.. because they are illegal in my state.
