Has anyone considered this? I found a company calld PDL, helps settle your payday loans and the program last for 12mos.

You can certainly look into this but as you will see by the members here you can settle it yourself. I had 11 PDLs and only have 1 left-that is giving my a problem. I spoke to two settlement companies and was not impressed.

Ldoll, when did you start the process of ridding yourself of these 11 PDL's? Just curious.

I AGREE, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME AND CAN BE SOMEWHATE FRUSTRATING BUT IN THE END YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO IT YOURSELF AND SAVE SOME $$ IN THE END. JUST READ MY THREAD RE UNITED CASH LOANS.

I defaulted in the beginning of May. Most of the companies were okay to deal with. PDL's are illegal in my state and I had way overpaid most of them so I think that helped me. My last one is US Fastcash. I'm waiting for them to send me something in writing that they will settle for the prinicipal and a mailing address to send money orders. All the other companies that I overpaid were pretty quick to send PIF letters within two weeks. I never would have had the nerve to do any of this without this website.
