I am still battling with loanpointusa.com (DBA GRC Funding; Geneva Roth Capital) for a refund. Iâ€™ve paid $1200 on a $400 loan. I email and fax numerous times daily. I have complaints on file with a number of agencies, BBB, Michigan AG & Department of Labor, FTC, etc.

During my investigations I uncovered the ACH processor for loanpointusa.com. I am listing it below, in hopes that we can draw more attention to this matter. I encourage all of you with claims to contact loanpointusa.com ACH processor.

Acoch, what do i do with that information. i looked on that website, but i was unable to find where to put the id #
I am also from michigan with a loan apparently with this company shows up in acct as Centrunion. i have already pd them 2 payments of 60 so im not getting anywhere and they are taking another payment out next wk.
I want pay them off they told me they will take out the 60 on tues and if i want to do a moneygram or western union on fri for 200 they will consider me pd in full

With that information you can contact US Bank (the procesor) and tell them that you've revoked authorization and that this company is still trying to debit from your account. The processor can stop the transaction before it ever hits your bank, and if they get enough complaints, they will stop servicing the payday loan company.

I have gotten myself into some trouble I have 2 payday loans and now I am getting garnished for medical bills what can I do

sorry to hear you are having money problems those payday loans are nast!! My husband and I did some through what we thought was chieftian financial come to find out that's the same as loan point usa-mentioned above.We took out a $3oo loan we've paid $710 then we closed out are checking acct b/c they kept taking money we didnt owe.If you dont feel you owe your payday loans or later on you dont feel you owe them change your acct and complai to the bbb.As far as the medical bills usually you can settle for a once a month payment I also have med. bills in collections and just pay $50 a month.I settled out of court for my med bills so it was a bit easier for me it sounds but I would try to plead with the company to allow you to pay monthle and have that amount taken out of your acct automtically.GOOD LUCK

Ya know it is kinda funny I have some screen shots of a site for pdl without the shot taker you can't see the text that is already on the screen and without you knowing you are signing a ACH authorization Man how lucky I was to trying out this new program caught several more sites same

I have also received a loan from outback bucks and they continue to extend my loan for more than I have received. I have tried several times over the past weeks to get intouch with some one but no one answers my messages. Please tell me how to reach someone to pay my loan in full. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau.

:evil: Help!! last June I had made a loan with eme marketing.I was going to be late with this payment so i Called Eme Marketing. They changed it and thought everything was ok. well the charges never came out of my bank so I called to see what was up with that. Come to find out they had turned me over to thier collections. I asked for the number. Used it and was a bogus Phone number,I then called Eme marketing saying Cant i just send the money to you? they Said no I need to contact thier collections,IM like how? then they gave me the same bogus number that i told them about. So they gave me a fax number to fax them to tell them to get a hold of me? Fax them? well i was desparate so I faxed this number with my information without using my social.. well its now April and no word.. guess they really dont care about getting paid. My worrie is if they do finally contact me the bill will be so high theres no way of repaying this amount. any Advice here not like i wasnt trying to default on my agreement I feel RIPPED OFF

I have two pay day loans for which I cannot find phone numbers, fax numbers, or addresses to contact them in order to pay off these loans. If anyone has information on these, I would appreciate the info you have. I have made monthly payments for over 8 months while trying to find out how to pay them off. During a move I lost one contract. The other company never sent a contract, just deposited the money in my account out of the blue.

I keep receiving Spam from this co trying to lend me money. I have tried in vain to remove my name from their mailing list. When I click the stop email - it comes back as not in service - try again later. Very convenient way to avoid removing anyone from their mailing list. I don't need or want to borrow any money or consolidate any debts. I don't have any!! Please stop!!!
