After closing account and notifying CashAdvanceNetwork not to debit my account (I overpaid several times), they were still trying. After an interesting email exchange with their manager, I decided to go to the Attorney General. In the meantime, C.A.N. turned my account over to ACA Recovery.
I then recieved a letter from MTE Financial through the Attorney General stating that they have considered my account closed for quite some time. I am still getting letters and calls from ACA Recovery who it seems may be posing as an attorney (Norman G. Kalina).
Has anyone else had experience with this one. Maybe a fdcpa Claim is necessary? Any other thoughts or suggestions as

Actually it only says closed, which is what seems suspicious to me. It only said something to the affect of "We have considered Mr. ------'s account closed for quite some time.
