Check this out! I have finally received my first PIF! I sent a version of a letter that was given in this forum, make a few edits to it, told them that i overpaid and that in lieu of demanding a refund (and of course the fact that i exposed them directly in writing as operating illegally in my sate), i would be willing to leave them alone, as long as i received a PIF, and it worked!
You people on this site are AMAZING and have helped me begin to put the pieces back together! ESPECIALLY GOUDAH! Thank you specifically Goudah!
To all who have helped i owe my thanks and will continue to post things on this site to help others as well as (hopefully) keep pasting emails like the one below for others to know there is hope!

Regarding Payday Loans, is Paid and Full and Settled the same thing, or do those terms not even come into play until with collections?
