It's Quiet-Too Quiet?

I think it's been close to 6 weeks since we closed our account and sent out our letters/faxes. Since then we've had one phone call and maybe an email or two-thats it.

Well, other than the emails saying "come get a new loan" which I delete immediately.

What do you guys think? The calm before the storm?

all of those e-mails for new loans are nothing more than attempts to get your bank info.glad you see right through that.
seeing as your from IN,they might not want the AG complaints, but you never know.

It the calm before the collection agencies. Some of them have probably written you off and you will be bundled with others and sold to the bottom feeders. Be prepared and learn what you rights are.

The guy @ the Indiana Dept of Fianacial Institutions advised me to forward any collection agency activity from these loans to him-he promised me after he's done with them, they'll never bother me again LOL.
